摘 要:设计了一种0.18μmCMOS模数光电变换器,包括光电检测和施密特模数变换电路两部分。为了改善它的增益线性度和稳定性,所用运算放大器中引入了负反馈,并采取了改进电路结构和优选元器件参数的措施;确定了运放的版图尺寸,芯片面积为0.42mm×0.34mm;最后进行了光电变换器的仿真和硬件电路实验。结果表明该变换器的输出信号能反映位移量及其方向的变化规律;模数变换电路用3.0~5.0V电源供电,下限截止频率约6HZ,增益线性度达到6.4×10^-5,而功耗只有23mW,因此特别适用于低频位移量光电检测系统中。A 0.18μm CMOS A/D photoelectric converter was designed, which included two photoelectric receive devices and a Schmitt A/D photoelectric converter circuit. To improve the gain linearity and stability of the converter, negative feedback was introduced in the operational amplifier, and some measures such as the circuit structure modification and the components parameters optimization were taken. The territory razes on the operational amplifier was designed and the chip area was 0.42 mm×0.34 mm. The simulation and hardware circuit experiments were carried out before finishing this paper. These experiments results show that the output voltage of the converter mirrors the regularity of the displacement and its direction, this designed converter uses 3. 045.0 V power supply,the lower cut-off frequency is about 6 Hz,the gain linearity is up to 6. 4 × 10^-5, but the power consumption is about 23 roW. With these characteristics, this converter is very suitable for low-frequency displacement photoelectric control systems.
