摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置液氨输送泵运行中多次出现的机械密封泄漏问题,分析其失效原因,通过对机械密封实施技术改造,解决了泄漏问题,并提出改进意见。Presents the leakage of mechanical sealing happened several times during the operation of the liquid ammonia pump of the ammonia plant, analyzes and judges the reasons for the failures. Teehnieal revamp was made to the meehanieal sealing to troubleshoot the leaking, and proposals were put forward for improvement.
