近代中国银行与传统票号组织制度的差异及启示

摘　　要：现代银行与传统金融机构票号最大的区别在于组织形式的不同。具体表现在资本组织形式、内部治理结构、外部组织模式三方面。先进的组织制度使银行适应了商品经济发展的要求,而票号因制度守旧等原因则被历史所淘汰。研究两者组织制度方面差异,对于现今银行体制的改革,尤其完善股份制资本组织形式,构建有效的内部控制制度及优化分支行模式有重要的借鉴意义。The Modern bank is the outcome of the Chinese finance industry modernizes. Its organizational form is different from traditional finance institution. There are three different aspects： capital organization form; internal organizational form; branch banking system. The main body of this article is drawn up the differences and impact from the three aspects.
