摘　　要：设计了一种采用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线构成主从结构的LZ-10/450+2/550直进式拉丝机交流变频同步调速控制系统,论述了其硬件结构和控制原理,详细介绍了该型号拉丝机通信的实现、配置过程和编程思路。A straight line wire drawing machine variable frequency synchronous speed regulating system with master-slave structure based on PROFIBUS-DP was designed, its hardware structure and controlling principle was elaborated, the implementation of the communication function and its configuration and the design of the program for the machine was introduced in detail.
