摘  要:挤压料筒是制炭机的关键零件,亦是制炭机的易损件之一,它的使用寿命及制造成本,直接影响制炭机的进一步推广和应用。分别采用Cr12,40Cr,Cr12MoV,3Cr2W8V,W18Cr4V合金钢加相应的热处理工艺以及用高铬铸铁制造挤压料简,进行生产性对比试验。与原机采用45钢制造的挤压料简比较,使用寿命都有所提高或有较大提高,特别是采用高铬铸铁精密铸造工艺制造的挤压料筒是原机料简使用寿命的6~10倍,同时制造周期大大缩短,制造成本也大大降低,为耐磨件的制造探索一条新路。Extrusion canister is a key as well as damageable component of carbon machine, so its using-life and production cost influence the further spread and appliance of carton machine directly. Adopted Cr12,40Cr, Cr12MoV,3Cr2WSV, W18Cr4V alloy steel as well as relevant heat treatment workmanship on by one to produce extrusion canister with high-content chrome cast iron, after comparison with the old extrusion canister made in 45 steel, found that there is some even big promotion on using-life, specially the one made in high-content chrome cast iron with exact foundry workmanship even 6 - 10 times than the original one, and it also shortens the production period much, giving a new path to the production of wearable hardware.
