摘 要:拉深是冲压成形中最基本的成形工序之一,对于拉深系数小于极限拉深系数的工件来说,为防止变形拉裂通常需要多次拉深成形工序,在每次拉深成形后,为消除冷作硬化给后续成形工序带来的不利影响,两次拉深成形之间,还需要增加一些辅助工序,这样一来,拉深次数越多,所需要的模具副数越多,拉深成形的后续工序也越多,不仅使生产效率降低,而且提高了生产成本,使经济效益下降。对于底部有孔的深拉深件,根据金属成形的强弱区理论及变形趋势的控制方法,在理论分析的基础上,针对生产实际中的零件,进行了一些模拟实验,较好地解决了需要多次拉深的问题。The drawing is one of most basic formed working procedures in ramming forming.
