套叠式瓣膜人工肛门功能的实验观察

摘　　要：用15条杂种母狗,随机分组进行套叠式瓣膜人工肛门术式的动物实验。分全瓣膜、半瓣膜及无瓣膜三组,术后观察94～107天并作仔细的病理学检查,结果表明:套叠式瓣膜人工肛门不仅具有明显的“类括约肌”作用,而且没有造成套叠式瓣膜以上近端结肠梗阻。Intussuscepted valves on the colon 3 -4 cm above the colostomic. stoma in an animal experiment on abdominal artificial anus. 15dogs were divided into a complete valve group, an incomplete valve group and a group without valves. Normal defecation of each dog which was 1 -3 times per day was observed. After operation, all received normal feeding for94-107 days. Defecation of the complete valve group was 2-3 times per day, the incomplete valve group 4-6 times per day, while the defecation in the group without valves occurred incontentenance. Afterward, the valves and colon within 10 cm above, the artificial anus all cut off and examined. The surface of the valves was smooth, there were no inflam mation, ulcer, fibrous proliferation, degeneration or necrosis, the smooth muscular layer within the valve thickened obviously, However, the results of the examination on the colostomic opening were complete opposite.All the results showed that the intussuscepted intestinal valves had obvious ' sphincteric' function and no obstruction occurred on the colon above the valves. This means that the valves can control the incontinence of stool effectively.
