摘　　要：论述了和谐图书馆的内涵及与民主管理的关系,阐明了图书馆民主管理的基本含义及其实行的前提条件,以及如何建立民主管理的有效机制。This paper discusses the main contents of harmonious library and its relationship to the libraries democracy management, the basic meanings of library democracy management and the precondition to be carried out, and how to build an efficient mechanism for democracy management.
