福建省地市全面发展竞争力实证研究

摘　　要：经济发展、社会发展和环境发展是构成中国进入全面发展新阶段的三个基本要素,是衡量一个区域发展竞争力的三个重要维度。应用经济发展、环境发展、社会发展三位一体的全面发展竞争力概念模型,设计相应指标体系和评价方法,对福建省9个地市的全面发展竞争力进行比较评价和聚类分析,指出全面发展竞争力比较结果依次为:厦门、福州、泉州、龙岩、三明、莆田、南平、漳州、宁德;聚类分析结果为:第一类,厦门;第二类,福州、泉州;第三类,龙岩、三明、莆田、漳州、南平;第四类,宁德。Economic development, environmental development, and social development are the three basic elements measuring regional competitiveness in the new development era in China. The paper puts forward a new conceptual model involving economic development, environmental development, and social development as a whole. Having designed the indicator system, the paper compares the comprehensive competitiveness of the nine regions in Fujian province, and complements the cluster analysis among these regions. The order from the comprehensive competitiveness analysis is Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Longyan, Sanming, Putian, Nanping, Zhangzhou, Ningde. The result from the cluster analysis is： I （Xiamen）, Ⅱ（Fuzhou, Quanzhou）, Ⅲ（Longyan, Sanming, Putian, Nanping, Zhangzhou）, IV（Ningde）.
