摘  要:用化学还原法制备Co-Si-B粉末,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、透射电镜(TEM)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对粉末试样进行表征,结果证实所制备的粉末为非晶态纳米合金粉末.粉末组元除了以合金形态存在外,还有一部分是以氧化态存在的.Co元素的氧化仅仅发生在粉末表面,而且氧化比较轻微.粉末颗粒表面以下不同距离处的合金态B数量与氧化态B数量之比几乎为常数,约为1.2.合金态的Si在总Si量中的相对含量随距颗粒表面距离的增加而提高.Co-Si-B powder was prepared by means of chemical reduction. Its sample was characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). It was verified by their results that the resultant powder was amorphous alloy nanopowder. The constituent elements of Co-Si-B powder were two kinds of species: one was in the form of alloying and the other in the form of oxide. The oxidization of Co took place slightly only on the particle surface. The ratio of the intensity of alloying B to that of oxidized B was almost a constant under the particle surface, being about 1.2. The fractional amount of alloying Si in its total amount increased with the downward distance from the particle surface.
