摘　　要：针对产品全生命周期管理过程中信息不全面和不一致的问题,给出面向产品全生命周期管理的产品结构模型的概念和总体模型框架,分析产品全生命周期各阶段结构模型的建立原理和演化过程,结合物料表利用IDEF语言搭建产品结构子树模型之间的转换过程,从装配和零件的角度分析产品结构模型的建立方法,从而实现产品信息的全面性和一致性.研究结果表明,提出的产品结构模型可以和产品信息模型结构等结合,构成完整的全生命周期系统模型,实现产品的全生命周期设计和管理.Aimed at the problem of information incompleteness and inconsistence in the process of life-cycle management of prc,tucts, a concept of structure model of products aimed at product life-cycle management and the overall frame,work of this model were given. The modeling principle and evolution process of the structure model at every stages of the product life-cycle were analyzed, mutual conversion of the subtree models of product structure was formulated by using the bill of materials and IDEF computer language, and the establishing method of product structure model was analyzed in view of the product assembly and components, so that the completeness and consistence of product informations were realized. It was shown by the investigation result that the product structure model proposed could be incorporated with the product information model to construct a complete life-cycle system model and implement the lifecycle design and management of products.
