摘 要:运用三维流体分析技术,对轴向柱塞泵排油腔的流场进行数值模拟和可视化研究,定性分析排油腔与减振槽在不同角度接触时的模型在一定转速下速度场及压力场之间的关系.仿真结果表明,不同的减槽结构,压力场与速度场变化趋势基本相同,但对轴向柱塞泵的降噪影响有很大差异;对配油盘三角槽的尺寸及小孔直径大小进一步优化,可以得到更好的轴向柱塞泵减振槽;双级小油沟结构可以降低三角槽结构在开启部分因过流面积太小而形成的负压和超压现象.Using three-dimensional analysis technique, the numerical simulation and visualization of the flow field in axial piston pump discharge chamber was investigated. The relationship between the velocity field and pressure field at definite rotational speeds was analyzed qualitatively when the discharge chamber and damping groove in the model were located at different angles. The simulation results showed that the changing tendency of velocity field and pressure field in different damping groove were basically identical, but its influence on noise reducing of axial piston pump was different. If the size of the damping hole and triangular groove in valve plate were optimized a better damping groove of axial piston pump could be obtained. The phenomenon of negative pressure and excessive pressure due to the area change of the passing flow across the opening part of triangular groove could be reduced by the structure of double-stage small oil groove.
