生脉液对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者血流动力学指标的改善

摘　　要：用自身用药前后对照,以超声诊断仪监测生脉液对22例扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者血流动力学的影响。静脉注射生脉液后,心搏量(SV),心输出量(CO),心脏指数(CI),射血分数(EF),左室短轴缩短率(ΔD％),室壁增厚率(ΔT％)均显著增加,全身血管阻力(SVR)则明显降低,P值均<0.01;心率(HR),平均动脉压(MAP),二尖瓣一空间隔间距(EPSS),收缩末期室壁应力(ESS)无明显变化(P值均>0.05)。结果提示静脉注射生脉液能改善左室收缩功能。Twenty fwo patients suffered from primary dilated cardiomyopathy were studied. Hemodynamic parameters were monitored by M- and B-schocardi ography after intravenous administration of Chinese traditional medicine Shengmaiyin consisting of Panax ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus and Schisandra chinensis. Stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CD, ejection fraction (EF), percentage of shortening of left ventricular dimension(D%) and percentage of theickening of left ventricular wall(T %) were all increased significantly while systemic vascular resistance ( SVR ), was decreased (P<0.01). Heart rate, mean arterial pressure (MAP), E point-septal separation (EPSS) and end-systolic stress (ESS) showed no significant changes P>0.05). It is indicated that Sheng Mai Ye does improve myocardial performance in dilated cardiomyopathy with congestive heart failure and its use may be a hopeful therapeutic approach.
