摘　　要：运用博弈的方法,分析钢铁产业发展循环经济的动因,得出任何一个理性的钢铁企业都会在企业内部积极实施清洁生产,以实现经济效益和社会效益统一的结论。Using the game method, the article analyzes the reasons of the circular development of iron and steel industry arid conies the conclusion that any rational enterprise in iron and steel industry will actively implement internal clean production in order to achieve the unification of economic and social benefits.
