摘　　要：从三个理念源——利益协调、和谐与生存发展权出发,研究我国农村流动人口罪犯社区矫正的法律制度,并通过对观念、立法、管辖、形式、机构、队伍建设等六方面问题的考量,提出完善我国农村流动人口罪犯社区矫正制度的路径选择。Three concepts-benefit coordination, harmony and living and development rights-are the bases for strengthening the study of legal system on the community correction of the crimes by China＇s rural migrant population. Through observation of such aspects as concepts, legislation, jurisdiction, forms, agencies and the building of the staff, the thesis puts forward the measures to perfect the methods and systems for correcting the crimes by rural migrant population.
