摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理指导对糖尿病白内障患者术前血糖的影响。方法80例手术者随机分为两组,观察组对患者进行预见性护理指导,而对照组接受一般健康教育。观察术前焦虑及血糖值变化。结果观察组术前焦虑及血糖值变化,显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论预见性护理指导能有效地缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪,使血糖值相对稳定,对保障手术进行有一定的辅助作用。Objective To investigate the contribution of introduction on discharge in advance to preoperative blood sugar level of patients with diabetic cataract. Methods 80 patients with diabetic cataract in our department were enrolled, we selected 40 patients as our control group at random. Patients of observed group were given introduction on discharge in advance. Patients of control group were given general education about bealth. Observe the chan- ges in the anxious condition or/and the blood sugar level. Results The changes in anxious condition or/and blood sugar level were compared between observed group and control group, there was significant difference between the two groups P 〈 0. 01. Conclusions The intoduction on discharge in advance could effectively relieve the patients ＇ preoperative anxiety, appropriately stabilize the preoperative blood sugar, and make for the prospective performance of operation.
