摘 要:目的:研究淋巴结内网状细胞和网状纤维网的形态、密度、排列方式及其空间联系,探讨淋巴结基质的组织构筑与功能。方法:用镀银染色光镜观察法观察健康、成熟Wistar大鼠肠系膜淋巴结的基质网状结构。结果:淋巴结的基质结构主要由网状细胞和网状纤维组成,网状纤维由很多细束的原纤维组成。淋巴结内丰富的网状纤维互相交织,且与血管、淋巴窦和淋巴迷路管壁纤维网以及与被膜相延续,在整个器官内形成了三维、连绵不断的网状纤维网,构成淋巴结的结构支架。网状细胞和网状纤维网的形态、密度、排列方式及其空间联系等有区域性差别,大致可分为被膜及被膜下窦区、浅层皮质区、深层皮质区和髓质区。各个结构区间的纤维网互相连续。结论:淋巴结内网状纤维的排列与相关的网状细胞紧密相联,形成不同形式的网状纤维网,构成了淋巴结的结构支架,为细胞的居留和迁移提供结构支持和适宜的微环境。Objectives. To study the shape,density, arrangement and space contact of the reticular cells and the reticular fiber network in the lymphonodus. To research the tissue architecture and function of lymphonodus stroma. Methods: To observe stromal reticulum of lymphonodus in the mesenteric of rat with healthy and mature Wistar rat, using silver--impregnation methods by light microscope, Results: The stromal structural of lymphonodus is composed of reticular cells and fibers. The reticular fibers consist of thin bundles of fibrils, which were interwoven each other and linked with the fibrillar network of blood vessels, lymphatic sinuses, hitherto unknown lymphatic labyrinth as well as with the capsule of the lymphonodus, forming a three--dimensional reticular network throughout the organ and actor as a skeleton of the lymphonodus. There were regional differences between the reticular cells and the reticular fiber network in the shape, density, arrangement and space contact, including capsule and sub capsular sinus, superficial cortex, deep cortex and medulla, reticular network. They were linked each other. Conclusion: The arrangements of the reticular fibers in the rat mesenteric lymphonodus were closely related to the associated reticular cells. Variable reticular network forms the structural framework of the lymphonodus, which supports staying and moving of cells in the lymphonodus and provides a suitable microenvironment for cells staying.
