摘　　要：通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对河北省竞技体育市场人才交流现状进行全面调查,我们发现:影响河北省竞技体育人才市场交流的因素既有运动员本身的因素,也有输出方和引进方的因素。为此,我们可以确定计划交流型、市场交流型和区域交流型3种方案。After investigation of market circulation of Hebei provincial competitive sports talents by literature consultation and questionnaire, we found that factors that affect the market circulation of competitive sports talents include sportsmen themselves and the two sides in circulation. In view of this, we can ascertain three plans of market circulation, that is, planned circulation, market circulation, and talent market.
