摘  要:煤体冲击产尘特性是指煤体受外界能量作用破碎过程中产生粉尘量及粉尘粒度的分布状况,它不仅取决于煤体本身的属性,而且与其含水量、破碎过程中所受外界能量等因素有关。以伯方煤矿3#煤为研究对象,进行了不同冲击能、不同含水率的冲击产尘试验。试验结果表明:低级无烟煤受冲击所产粉尘的重量和粒径之间存在明显的分形特征;随冲击能量的增加,煤样分形维数及产生微细粉末总量以不同关系递增;煤样分形维数及产生微细粉尘总量与其含水率呈负线性相关关系,当煤样的水分含量达到其饱和含水率时,产生微细粉末总量最低,存在最佳含水量。The characteristics of coal impacting dust is dust ca- pacity and the particle - size distribution of dust in the process of coal breaking by effect of external energy, it depends not only on the properties of itself, but related to its water content and exter- nal energy suffered in the breaking process and so on. Experi- mental studies of impacting dust under different impact energy and different water content were carried out on coal samples form the 3# coal seam in Bofang Coal Mine. The experiment results indicated that there is obvious fractal characteristic between weight and particle - size of dust for low - grade anthracite under impacting effect; with impact energy increasing, the fractal di- mensions of coal samples and the total capacity of impacting dust in'crease in different relations; the fractal dimensions of coal samples and the total capacity of impacting dust has negative linear relationship with its water content; the total capacity of impacting dust is minimums when its water content is saturated, so there is optimum water content.
