和谐发展铀矿业的循环经济运行模式研究

摘　　要：循环经济作为一种促进资源、环境与经济协调发展的先进运行模式是铀矿业探索新型工业化道路的必然选择。阐述了我国铀矿业发展循环经济模式的必要性,依据铀矿业循环经济运行模式的规划设计原则,提出了由循环经济的生产模式、技术模式、文化模式、制度模式等构成的新型铀矿业运行模式体系。Circular economy, as an advanced development model to promotion harmonious development of resources, environment and economy, is the inevitably choice for uranium industry, to ex- plore new industrialization path. This paper expounds the neces- sity of developing circular economy operation model of uranium industry in China, according to the planning and designing prin- ciples of circular economy operation model, proposes a new op- eration system for uranium industry, which is composed of pro- duction model, technology model, culture model and system mod- el of circular economy.
