普通钻孔置管引流治疗高血压脑出血临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨普通钻孔置管引流治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:对64例病人进行普通钻孔置管引流手术,术后配合引流管冲洗及尿激酶引流管内注入的方法。结果:64例病人存活55例,根据ADL(日常生活能力)分级:Ⅰ级16例,Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级17例,Ⅳ级7例,Ⅴ级1例。结论:该手术局麻下操作,手术创伤小,时间短,费用低,疗效可靠,所需设备简单。Objective ：To discuss the effects of using the drainage through the normal drilling hole to treat the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods：Drainage through the normal drilling hole operation was applied in 64 cases.After the operation ,the drainpipe was washed and urokinase was injected into the drainpipe to dissolve the blood clot. Results：Of 64 cases, 55 survived. ADL （ability of daffy life）rating suggested that there were 16 cases for grade Ⅰ , 14 for grade Ⅱ , 17 for grade Ⅲ ,7 for grade Ⅳ and 1 for grade Ⅴ. Conclusion：The operation is performed by local anaesthesia,with the following advantages such as small postoperative wound,short time,low cost, reliable effects and simple facility.Thus, it can be used widely.
