摘  要:以马来酸酐为原料,钨酸钠为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,合成了环氧琥珀酸钠。在引发剂存在下,以环氧琥珀酸钠和氨基甲磺酸为原料,合成了磺酸甲胺基聚环氧琥珀酸(SMA/PESA),并对其进行了红外表征。利用旋转挂片腐蚀试验法对其缓蚀性能进行了评价,实验结果表明:SMA/PESA是一种吸附膜型缓蚀剂,结构中含有羧基、醚基、胺基、羟基、磺酸基等多种亲水性基团,它不仅可有效地提高化合物溶解性,还可在金属表面形成配位化合物而发生化学吸附,从而对其缓蚀性能起到增强作用,多种官能团的协同效应使其缓蚀性能大幅提高。SMA/PESA对循环冷却水中A3碳钢的腐蚀具有良好的抑制作用,当投加量为100mg/L时,缓蚀率达85.9%。Epoxysuccinic acid was synthesized by maleic anhydride using sodium tungstate as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer. Sulfonicmethaneaminopolyepoxysuccinic (SMA/PESA) was synthesized by epoxysuccinic acid and aminomethanesulfonic acid as monomer in the presence of initiator, and its structure was characterized by IR. Its corrosion inhibition was evaluated by rotary coupon corrosion test. The results indicated that SMA/PESA was a new adsorption film-type corrosion inhibitor, its structure contained many hydrophilic functional groups such as carboxy, ether, amido, hydroxyl, sulfonic group and so on. These groups could not only enhance the solubility of the compound, but also form coordination compound on metal's surface resulting in generating chemiadsorption, which enhanced corrosion inhibition effiency, and the synergistic effect of these functional groups widely increased the corrosion inhibition performance. SMA/PESA had excellent corrosion inhibition effiency on A3 carbon steel in circulating cooling water. SMA/PESA was a new adsorption film-type corrosion inhibitor. When the addition of SMA/PESA was 100mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate was up to 85. 9%.
