摘　　要：采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金上制备了SiO_2基陶瓷涂层。并从微观结构、抗热震性、耐磨和耐蚀性能等方面测试涂层性能。试验结果表明:涂层中有新相MgMnSiO_4生成,涂层与基体结合强度较高,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能优异。SiO2-based ceramic coating was prepared on MB2 magnesium alloy by thermo-chemical reaction. Coating performance was tested from the micro-structure, thermal shock resistance, wear resistance and Corrosion resistance and so on. A new phase of MgMnSiO4 was generated. There was a relatively high combination strength between coating and substrate, and the coating had good wear and corrosion resistance.
