摘 要:通过对高压磨料射流的多相流模型的研究,数值模拟了淹没磨料射流流场与压力场.指出颗粒相速度分布始终小于水相速度的分布,颗粒相最大滞止压力普遍较水相增加100%以上.分析了淹没磨料射流流场与压力场随泵压、围压的变化规律.指出随着泵压增加,水相速度与颗粒相速度增加幅度相同;随围压的增加,水相速度与颗粒相速度减少幅度一致.Based on the study of multiphase model in high pressure abrasive water jets, the flow field and pressure field were simulated in abrasive water jets submerged. The calculated results indicate that the velocity distributing of abrasive particle is smaller than that of water, while the stagnant pressure of abrasive particle is one hundred percent more than that of water. It were analysed that the laws of the flow field and pressure field in abrasive water jets submerged change with different pump pressures and ambient pressures. It were shown that the amplitude of velocity of water and abrasive particle are the same increasing with bump pressure while they are the same decreasing with ambient pressure.
