一株胞外产亚硫酸盐还原酶功能菌的分离及酶学性质的初步研究

摘　　要：分离筛选出一株产亚硫酸盐还原酶活能力高的细菌，初步鉴定该菌属于脱硫弧菌属，该菌兼性厌氧，产胞外亚硫酸盐还原酶．对分离菌所产亚硫酸盐还原酶进行初步的酶学性质研究发现：该酶在条件为25－40℃、pH7～8范围内时，酶活性较高；酶的最适温度为30℃、最适pH为7．7；该酶具有较好的热稳定性和酸碱稳定性，80℃下放置2h，酶活仍可保留55％左右，在pH4～10的条件下，酶活可达60％以上．A strain high sulfite reductase activity bacteria was isolated. It was identified that the obtained strain belonged to facultative anaerobic bacteria of D. desulfuricans, producing extracellular sulfite reductases. The enzymology characteristic of the enzyme was preliminarily researched. The optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme reactivity were 30 ℃ and 7.7 respectively. The enzyme had a high activity in the range of 25--40 ℃ and pH 7--8.About 55% activity was reserved after two hours at 80 ℃ ,and more than 60% activity was reserved after two hours at pH 4--10, showing a good thermal stability and pH stability.
