针药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹27例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者随机分为2组,中药组25例,以中医辨证分型用药;针药结合组27例,在中药辨证用药基础上,以风池、肺俞、曲池、气海、血海、三阴交为主穴针刺治疗。结果:痊愈率针药结合组为81.48%,中药组为56.12%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。平均疗程针药结合组为18.50天,中药组为25.50天,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗程短,疗效优。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with herbal medicine for Chronic Urticafia(CU). Methods:Fifty- two CU patients were randomized into 2 groups:group A (n=25) received herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation, and group B (n =27) re- ceived herbal medicine and acupuncture on the points of Fengehi,Feishu, Quchi, Qihai, Xuehai and Sanyinjiao. Results: The cure rate was 81.48% in group B and 56. 12% in group A, the difference being significant between the two groups (P<0. 05). The average treatment course was 18.50 days in group B and 25.50 days in group A, the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with herbal medicine is effectve for CU, and the treatment course is short.
