广西龙血竭中几种化学成分对血小板聚集影响的初步研究

摘　　要：从广西龙血竭的氯仿提取部位中得到3种化合物,经IR、1HNMR、13C NMR、MS等现代波谱技术分别鉴定为3,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基二苯乙烯、剑叶龙血素A、龙血素B,本研究还观察了上述化合物对健康志愿者血小板聚集的影响,发现均对体外ADP诱导的血小板聚集有一定的抑制作用。Three compounds were isolated from resin of Dracaena cochinchinensis. Through analysis of IR, ^1H NMR, ^13 C NMR, MS, their structures were elucidated as 3,4＇-dihyxroxy-5-methoxystilbene, cochinchinenin A, loureirin B. This study also investigated the effect of these four compounds on platelet aggregation,finally, we found that the three compounds inhibit the platelet aggregation in healthy volunteer induced by ADP to a certain degree.
