臭椿化学成分及生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：本文介绍了20世纪60年代至今有关臭椿的植物化学及生物活性研究进展。着重介绍臭椿中含有的苦木科植物的特征性成分—苦木苦味素类物质,主要为臭椿内酯和臭椿醇,同时对其生物碱、脂类和脂肪酸组成,以及挥发性组分进行阐述。对臭椿中活性物质在医药和生物农药领域的应用研究现状进行了概述,并对其应用前景作以简短评述。The research progress in chemical constituents and their bioactivities of Ailanthus altissima since the 1960＇s were reviewed with respect to shinjulactones and ailantinols. The alkaloids, volatile components, lipids and fatty acids were also introduced. The research status and application potential of bioactive components of Ailanthus altissima in medical and agriculture fields were briefly presented.
