摘　　要：为了深度刨析学习"后进群体"的形成机理,通过抽样调查与统计分析,从环境因素、心理因素、生理因素等几个权重较大的方面对"后进生"的形成因素进行了研究。并根据问题形成的原因,提出了端正态度、加强制度建设、因材施教等几点有效的意见和方法。In order to make a further analysis of the formation of ＂backward groups＂ , the paper studies the factors of the formation of ＂backward students＂ on the basis of environmental factors, psychological factors, physiological factors and several other important factors, using sample surveys and statistical analysis. In accordance with the causes of the problems, the paper puts forward a series of effective ways and suggestions： to correct students＂ attitude, to strengthen the building of regulations, and to teach them according to the students＂ ability.
