摘 要:针对导弹舱段连接精度问题,提出一种虚拟环境下装配精度分析、优化的方法。定义了产品装配精度预分析的概念,并对其在实际生产中不同阶段的应用进行阐述。根据导弹舱段不同连接方法引起的各种装配误差对导弹最终飞行性能的影响,建立了产品装配公差模型,并在各个作用尺寸传递系数和加工难易程度的指导下进行装配精度的优化。以计算某导弹各个舱段连接偏差造成导弹头顶点偏移量为例验证导弹舱段连接精度预分析方法。An analysis and optimization method of assembly precision in virtual environment was pro- posed for the connecting precision of missile sections. A concept of product assembly precision pre-analysis was defined, and its application in different phases of actual production was described. According to the effect of all kinds of assembly errors caused by the different connecting methods of missile sections on the flight performance of missile, a product assembly tolerance model was established. The assembly precision was optimized based on the transfer coefficients of dimensions and the machining difficulty coefficients of dimensions. The pre-analysis method of connecting precision of missile sections was verified by calculating the missile vertex offset caused with the section connecting deflection through taking a certain missile as example.
