摘  要:研究了Mn合金化奥贝球铁标准试样和齿轮的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明,Mn合金化奥贝球铁标准试样经等温淬火和回火后的力学性能范围为σb=1000.4~1100MPa,δ=5.2%~6.8%,硬度30~33HRC,αk=70~100J/cm-(2无缺口试样),达到了EN1564-97/EN-GJS-1000-5欧洲标准。齿轮啮合后其表面残余奥氏体转变成马氏体组织,显著提高了齿轮的表面硬度。The microstructure and mechanical properties of both the test specimens and gears made of Mn-alloyed ADI were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical property range of the isothermally quenched and tempered standard test specimens was as follows: σb=1000.4-1100MPa, δ=5.2%-6.8%; hardness=30-33 HRC, αk= 70-100 J/cm^2 (test with unnotched specimen) which has met the European Specification EN1564-97/EN-GJS-1000-5. After meshing engagement of gears the residual austenite in the surface layer of the teeth changed into martensite that obviously increased the hardness of the surface layer.
