摘 要:采用原位合成工艺制取TiCp/Fe、VCp/Fe复合材料并浇注Y形试块,然后将试块重新熔化并重新浇注试块,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究重新熔化前后的组织变化。结果表明:原位TiCp/Fe复合材料重熔后,TiC颗粒的尺寸、形状及其在基体中的分布没有明显变化,颗粒的数量有所减少,基体的硬度有所降低;原位VCp/Fe复合材料重熔后,VC颗粒的尺寸稍微减小,颗粒在基体中分布更加均匀,有利于提高复合材料的韧性。TiCp/Fe and VCp/Fe composites were prepared by using in-situ reaction synthesis process, and Y-shaped blocks were cast. Then the primary Y-blocks were remelted and another Y-blocks were cast. The structure change before and after rcmelting was investigated with optical microscope and scan electronic microscope. The result indicated that,after TiCp/Fc composite having been rcmclted, there was no obvious change taking place with the size and shape of the TiC particles, as well as the distribution of particles in the matrix, but the particles number reduced in some degree, and the matrix hardness had a little decreased; however, after VCp/Fe having been remelted, the size of VC particles a little reduced, and the distribution of particles in the matrix became even more uniformly that was favorable to increase the toughness of the composite.
