摘　　要：目的:提高翠莲解毒片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的薄荷、翠云草和穿心莲进行了鉴别;用HPLC法测定了方中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中分别检出薄荷脑、翠云草和脱水穿心莲内酯;脱水穿心莲内酯在0.1～1.6μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.40%,RSD=1.30%(n=6)。结论:定性定量方法简便、专属、准确,能有效地控制翠莲解毒片的质量。Objective： To study the quality standard for Cuilian Jiedu Tablets. Methods： Mentholum, Selaginella, Dehydroandrographolide in Cuilian Jiedu Tablets were identified by TLC, and the content of Dehydroandrographolide was determined by HPLC. Results：Mentholum, Selaginella, Dehydroandrographolide could be identified by TLC. The calibration curves of Dehydroandrographolide was linear in the range of 0. 1 - 1.6 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.40% and RSD = 1.30% （ n = 6）. Condusions： The method is simple, specific and accurate and can be used effectively for the quality control of Cuilian Jiedu Tablets.
