摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相法测定地奥心血康胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法采用ODS C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水(95∶5),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为203nm。结果:在1.0～10μg具有良好的线性,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.86%。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为地奥心血康胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Diosgenin in Di＇ao Xinxuekang Capsules by HPLC. Method： The chromatographic condition were C18 column, methanol-water（95： 5） as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Result：A linear range of 1.0-10 μg and the mean recovery 97. 6% with RSD 1.86%. Conclusion： The method showed to be simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reprobucible and can be used to control the quality of Di＇ ao Xinxuekang Capsules.
