浅谈盖诺外渗引起局部组织溃疡的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨盖诺外渗时不同处理方法对病人的皮肤组织损伤产生的影响。方法:对12例盖诺外渗患者使用:局部封闭,冷热敷,抗生素软膏外涂,清创,安普贴外贴等处理盖诺外渗,观察结果及疗效。结果:化疗过程中12例发生了盖诺外渗,1例迅速发生了静脉炎。行中心静脉置管的无1例外渗。结论:安普贴外贴处理盖诺外渗引起的组织溃疡促进伤口愈合,操作简单,疗效可靠。减轻病人的痛苦,减轻护理工作量。Objective ：To investigate the effects of various treating methods on patients with dermatic and tissular impairment. Methods： Treating 12 cases patient of Vinorelbine exosmose with： local blockade, cold and hot compress, besmear of antibiotic ointment, debride, application of Algoplaque. Results： Vinorelbine exosmose appeared in 12 cases patient during the periods of chemotherapy, phlebitis happened in one case soon after the starting of chemotherapy.no exomose occurred in those patients with PICC. Conclusion： Treating the tissue Ulceration caused by Vinorelbine exosmose with the application of Algoplaque can promote agglutination of wounds,this method is easy to handling and has reliable effect. It can lessen suffering of patients and decrease the our workload.
