180例社区高血压患者参与式健康教育干预效果对照研究

摘　　要：为研究参与式健康教育的效果和作用范围,通过对某社区180名老年高血压患者进行为期1年的参与式健康教育干预并比较干预效果,发现干预组在卫生知识平均分、态度、卫生行为形成状况三个纬度上均有显著提高,而对照组却无显著差别。可见,参与式健康教育方式能够大大提高高血压患者健康教育效果。To investigate the effect and function of PHE, the author studied the PHE on the 180 hypertension patients over 55 years from the Datong Road community. The intervention group has remarkableimprovement on the sanitation knowledge.the attitude and the forming of sanitation behavior, but the control group has no distinct difference. It is obvious that PHE can markedly improve the effect of health education ofpeople with hypertension.
