摘 要:[目的]探讨太阳紫外线辐射增强与温室效应之间的关系。[方法]对盛有绿藻细胞悬液的培养皿用紫外灯照射0、20、40、60、80、100、120S,研究紫外线照射对绿藻生长繁殖和叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]低剂量紫外线(20~60S)照射对单细胞绿藻的分裂有一定的刺激作用,促进了绿藻细胞的生长。当紫外线照射时间延长至80S以上时,绿藻的细胞密度急剧减少。低剂量紫外线(20~80S)照射对绿藻叶绿素含量的影响不明显,较高剂量紫外线(100S以上)照射显著降低了绿藻的叶绿素含量。[结论]太阳紫外线辐射增强可直接影响藻类的生长繁殖和叶绿素含量,间接影响其光合效率,从而增强了温室效应。[ Objective ] The study was to explore the relationship between ultraviolet radiation enhancment and greenhouse effect. [ Method ] After the green algae ceils suspension in culture dish irradiated by ultra violet lamping for 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 s, the influences of ultraviolet radiation on growth, reproduction and chlorophyll content of green algae were studied. [ Result ] Low dose (20 -60 s) ultraviolet radiation had certain irritant effect to the division of single cell green algae, and promoted the growth of green algae ceils. When the time of ultraviolet radiation was prolonged to above 80 s, the cell density of the green algae sharply reduced, low dose (20 -80 s) ultraviolet radiation had no obviouse effect on chlorophyll content of green algae and the chlorophyll content of green algae decreased significantly with the higher dose (above 100 s) ultraviolet radiation. [ Conclusion] The enhanced ultraviolet radiation of the sun could effect directly the growth, reproduction and chlorophyll content of green algae, and affect indirectly the its photosynthetic efficiency, thus enhancing the greenhouse effect.
