摘  要:[目的]进一步探明种子粒度对棉花苗期生长发育的影响。[方法]以转Bt基因棉33B种子为试验材料,设置大粒饱满、大粒不饱满和小粒种子3个不同种子粒度处理,研究各处理对棉花苗期生长发育的影响。[结果]结果表明,3个处理的发芽势以小粒种子较高;大而饱满种子的叶面积和干物重最大,幼苗初期生长和整齐度都优于大而不饱满的种子和小粒种子。各粒度棉苗的株高无明显差异。大而饱满的种子净光合速率与大而不饱满的种子无明显差异,小种子的稍低。主茎叶可溶性蛋白、淀粉和糖含量无明显差异。[结论]作物种子饱满程度对植株的生长有巨大影响。[ Objective ] The purpose was to further discuss the effect of seed size on the plant growth at seedling stage in cotton, [ Method ] The effects of seed size from Bt transgenic cotton (vat, 33B) on the plant growth at seedling stage was researched under the different experiment treatments. [ Result] The results indicated that the germination tendencies of small seed was higher, but leaf area and dry matter weight of the big- plump seeds were biggest than other processings, The seedling initial period growth and the uniformity degree of big-plump seeds surpassed big and not full seed and the small seed, Plant height of various granularity had noo significant difference, Net photosynthesis between the big-plump seeds and big and not full seed had no obvious difference, small seed slightly lowed, Main stalk leaf protein, main stalk leaf starch and main stalk leaf sugar content of 3 processings had no obvious difference, [ Conclusion]The crop seed full degree has the enormous influence on the plant growth
