摘  要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱-质谱法,分析金花葵花中金丝桃苷。[方法]以乙腈-浓度0.1%甲酸为流动相,流速0.6ml/min,经反相色谱柱Lichrospher C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分离后进行质谱分析,采用正负电喷雾离子源同时进行信号采集。[结果]经HPLC/MS定性鉴定,金花葵花中含有金丝桃苷,含量测定的线性范围为10.0~300.0μg/ml,平均回收率为101.27%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于分析金花葵花中金丝桃苷的分离测定。[ Objective] The hyperoside in flower of Hibiscus manihot L. was measured by HPLC-Mass spectrometry. [ Method] By means of aeetonitrile- 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase with flowing rate at 0.6 ml/min, exploiting Lichrospher C 18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm), the tandem mass spectral acquisition was done in positive and negative electropray ionization. [ Result] The flower studied contained hyperoside. The linear range of this method was from 10.0 to 300.0 μg/ml. The average recovery was 101.27%. [ Conclusion] The method could be applied to determine hyperoside in the flower of Hibiscus manihot L. because of its briefness, rapidity, good sensitivity and recovery.
