摘　　要：以风险管理理论为基础,立足于农村经济转轨的特殊时代背景,通过DCF与真实期权法的对比分析,系统地对农业高新项目的风险进行分析与评价。On the basis of risk management theory, standing on the special historical background of agricultural economic transformation, comparative research on DCF and real options method were carried out, and the risk of agricultural hi-tech project was analyzed and evaluated systematically.
