汶川大地震创疡伤员治疗处理报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨汶川大地震大批伤员创疡治疗处理的最好方法。方法:对本院汶川地震抗震救灾医疗队在现场、门诊和住院抢救治疗地震伤员的创疡治疗处理过程和效果情况进行分析。结果:689例伤员2012处创疡创面均采用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗效果满意,现场、门诊急救治疗处理方便快捷,创疡创而无感染,无治疗后再次截肢,创面完全愈合。结论:MEBT/MEBO烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术不仅对普通烧伤创疡治疗效果好,同样对地震中大批创伤病员皮肤创面治疗效果好,现场和急诊抢救治疗处理快捷,效果可靠,在大地震伤员救治中发挥着巨大作用。Objective： To investigate the best Method to treat a large number of patients with wounds and ulcers in Wenchuan earthquake. Method： To summarize and analyze the data on treatment process and curative effect obtained by Earthquake Disaster Emergency Aid Team as they treated wounds and ulcers on the spot of the Wenchuan earthquake, at the clinic and in the hospitals. Results. The treatment was convenient and fast. Total 689 patients with 2012 wounds were all treated with MEBO/MEBO. The curative effect was satisfying with no infection and no amputation, All wounds were healed completely. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO not only has ideal curative effect to treat ordinary burns, wounds and ulcers, but also to treat a large group of patients with wounds and ulcers in earthquake disaster. The treatment was convenient and fast on the spot of earthquake, or in emergency room. The curative effect was reliable. It played great role in treating wounded patients during earthquake disaster.
