美宝创面速愈贴对鲜红斑痣激光术后创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美宝创面速愈贴对减轻鲜红斑痣激光术后疼痛程度及缩短创面愈合时间的疗效。方法:接受激光仪治疗的鲜红斑痣患者42例,随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组外敷美宝创面速愈贴,对照组外用环丙沙星凝胶,比较两组患者术后疼痛及创面愈合时间。结果:试验组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛持续时间和愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:美宝创面速愈贴对减轻激光术后疼痛,促进创面愈合有明显治疗效果。Objective. To observe the effect of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing on relieving pain and shortening the wound healing time for the wound caused by laser surgery of Naevus Flammeus. Method： The 42 cases of Naevus Flammeus patients post laser surgery were randomly divided into test group and control group. Test group was dressed with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing and control group was applied with ciprofloxacin jelly. The pain degree and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results： The pain degree in test group was notably less than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） and duration of pain and wound healing time were shorter obviously than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusion： MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing has remarkable efficacy in relieving pain and promoting wound healing of the wound caused by laser surgery.
