摘　　要：目的:总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗骨科术后化脓性伤口的临床疗效。方法:同顾性总结外用MEBO治疗骨科术后化脓伤口的病例资料,主要统计指标为骨外伤伤情、治疗方法、创面感染程度、愈合时间及随访观察。结果:共有13例骨外科病人并发了术后创面感染,并已形成溃疡,所有创面均采用MEBO治疗,创面愈合过程顺利,最短愈合时间18d,最长38d,经过3个月以上随访观察,有3例出现色素沉着,其余未见瘢痕增生。结论:MEBO治疗骨外科术后化脓性伤口疗效可靠,方法简便、易行,有较强的实用性。Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBO on purulent wound after orthopaedic surgery. Method ： Retrospective summarization was made on the basis of the case files of purulent wound after orthopaedic surgery with MEBO treatment. The major indexes for the statistic analysis were orthopaedic trauma condition, treating method, wound infection, healing time and follow - up visit. Results： Total 13 cases having the complication of infected and ulcerated wound post orthopaedic surgery were treated with MEBO. The wounds healed smoothly with healing time ranged 18 -38 days. During the period of over 3 months follow - up visit, 3 cases of pigmentation were observed, while no scar hyperplasia observed in rest other cases. Conclusion： MEBO has reliable efficacy in treating purulent wound after orthopaedic surgery. It is a simple and practical way and easy to practice clinically.
