美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂临床分析

摘　　要：目的:总结美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗宫颈糜烂的有效方法及护理要点。方法:自2000年3月～2005年3月,应用皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗宫颈糜烂患者259例。在月经干净2d～3d后,用窥器扩张阴道,暴露宫颈,将自制的浸渍有美宝湿润烧伤膏的带线药棉送入糜烂的宫颈创面,并使药物充分涂布于创面,留置24h后取出换药,10d为一疗程,停用其它治疗方法和药物;治疗期间禁止阴道冲洗、坐浴及性生活。结果:259例治愈218例(占84.2%),好转33例(占12.7%),无效8例(占3.1%),总有效率96.9%。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著,无其他不良反应,为目前治疗宫颈糜烂开辟了一条新的有效治疗方法。Objective： To summarize the effective method and nursing highlights treating cervical erosion with MEBO Method ： In a period of 03/2000 - 03/2005, 259 cases of cervical erosion patients were treated with regenerative technique in situ. Two or three days after menstruation period, vagina was distended with specula to expose the cervix. MEBO -immersed cotton wool with pull - thread made by hospital was filled at the site of erosive cervical wound to keep the wound covered with MEBO thoroughly. Dressing change was performed every 24 hours. 10 days period was a course of treatment. Stop using any other therapy and drugs. No vagina washing, demibain and sexual life were allowed during the treatment. Results： Of 259, 218 cases were cured （84. 2% ） , 33 cases were improved （12. 7% ） and 8 cases of inefficacy （3. 1% ）. Total effective rate was 96. 9%. Conclusion： MEBO has a remarkable effect on cervical erosion without adverse effect, that is a new effective method for cervical erosion treatment.
