Nd∶YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体肥大65例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Nd∶YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体的疗效。方法舌扁桃体肥大患者65例,采用接触法或插入法,局麻下自间接喉镜导入Nd∶YAG激光光纤对肥大的舌扁桃体进行凝固、炭化,功率为15-30W、光纤直径为0.5mm,时间为10-15min。术后随访6个月评定疗效。结果显效56例显效率86.2%,有效9例有效率13.9%,总有效率100%。其中46例1次治愈,19例2次治愈,均未出现并发症。结论Nd∶YAG激光治疗舌扁桃体肥大疗效可靠、操作简单、安全,是一种治疗舌扁桃体肥大的有效方法。Objective To study the effect of Nd ： YAG laser on tongue tonsil hypertrophy. Methods Totally 65 patients with tongue tonsil hypertrophy were treated by Nd：YAG laser. After surface anesthesia, all patients were performed under indirect laryngoscope by Nd： YAG laser. Nd ： YAG laser was with power of 15-30 W and spot diameter of O. 5 ram. All patients were followed up periodically. Results After 6 months follow-up, 86. 2% （56/65） cases were cured, 13. 9% （9/65 ）cases were effectively recovered. The total effective rate was 100%. Forty six cases were with one-step treatment ,and 2 cases were with twice treatments. No complications and obvious reactions were observed. Conclusions The Nd ： YAG laser using for treating tongue tonsil hypertrophy is safe, simple, and reproducible
