摘  要:目的探讨偏振近红外线星状神经节阻滞对指动脉功能的影响,探寻无创性缓解指动脉痉挛的有效方法。方法随机选用疼痛科非肢体疾病患者38例为对照组(A组)、随机选用断指再植术后患者35例为再植后星状神经节阻滞组(B组)。两组患者均以波长0.8-1.6μm、功率1260-1800mW、焦点直径7mm、时间30min的偏振近红外线,照射胸锁关节上星状神经节最近处。使用彩色多普勒超声显像仪对两组患者星状神经节阻滞前后指动脉管径、血流参数、指端氧分压监测并分析结果。结果A组、B组患者星状神经节阻滞后同侧肢体指动脉口径变大、血液平均流速增加、阻力指数下降。B组治疗前指动脉管腔内径为(1.08±0.13)mm,治疗后为(1.91±1.36)mm;血液平均流速治疗前为(9.97±0.34)cm/s,治疗后为(16.25±1.12)cm/s,阻力指数治疗前为0.61±0.11,治疗后为0.27±0.11;治疗前后比较差异有显著意义(P〈0.05)。结论偏振近红外线刺激星状神经节能有效缓解同侧肢体的指动脉痉挛,增加指体血流量,增加指体血供。Objective To investigate the relationship between function of digital artery and stellate ganglionic block ( SGB ) stimulated by superlaser so as to find a novel method to release the arterial spasm. Methods Thirty-eight nonfinger replantation patients (control, group A) and thirty-five patients of finger replantation (group B) were randomly selected to block stellate ganglion and use color ultrasound detecting artery inner diameter, the hemodynamic index of blood vessels and so on. Results After SGB it was observed the artery be distended, arterial bloodstream be raised and the vascular resistance index (RI) be declined. In group B the inner diameter of artery, the average velocity (TAV) and the hemodynamic index were 1.08 ± 0. 13 nun, 9. 97 ± 0. 34 cm/s and 0. 61 ± 0. 11 before treatment vs 1.91 ±1.36 mm, 16.25 ±1.12 cm/s and 0. 27± 0. 11 after treatment, respectively, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions It is an available method for SGB to release the arterial spasm and increase the finger bloodstream
