摘　　要：激光溶脂辅助抽吸术与传统脂肪抽吸术相比,具有术中出血少、术后并发症轻微、恢复较快,而且能产生较好的美学效果,近年来欧美国家将其广泛应用于临床。笔者对激光溶脂辅助脂肪抽吸术溶脂的机制、临床应用情况作一综述。Compared with traditional liposuction, laser assisted lipesuction has its advantages, such as better hemostasis within operation, fewer complications after operation, rapid recovery and better esthetics result. Therefore, the technique of lipoplasty is widely used in European and American countries in recent years. This article is a review about the mechanism and clinical application of the technique of laser assisted lipesuction.
