摘 要:产品多领域协同设计过程存在复杂的协同关系,为了对任务进行合理分解与规划,指导设计者有效地进行协同,实现多领域协同设计过程的有效管理,分析和度量任务间的协同度成为必要。通过分析产品多领域协同设计形成历程及协同特性,构建了多领域协同设计的整体结构框架,根据多领域协同设计协同的全方位性构建了的三维协同模型,并根据任务间的信息协同,进行了协同度定义和量化,最后基于协同度进行了耦合任务集撕裂规划的应用。There are complex collaboration relationships in the multidisciplinary cooperative design process, so it is necessary to analyze and measure Cooperative degree between different tasks in order to schedule and decompose the tasks, direct the participants to effectively collaborate, and manage the process of multidisciplinary cooperative design. A structure frame is built up after analyzing the course and cooperation Properties of multidisciplinary cooperative design. This paper had constructed the 3D collaborative model according to the omni-directional collaboration property of multidisciplinary cooperative design and the cooperative degree is defined and quantified in terms of information collaboration between different tasks. In the end of this paper the application of coupling tasks set avulsion planning based on cooperate degree was proposed.
