摘  要:[目的]应用RP-HPLC法测定大叶香茶菜中冬凌草甲素的含量。[方法]RP-HPLC法色谱条件:色谱柱为Varian Microsorb-MV 100-5C18柱,流动相为甲醇∶水(1∶1),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长λ=238 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]冬凌草甲素加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.04%(n=5);大叶香茶菜叶中冬凌草甲素的含量为4.79 g/kg。[结论]该法简便可靠,适用于大叶香茶菜中冬凌草甲素含量测定。[ Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of ofidonin in Isodon macrophyUus by RP-H1332 method. [Method] The chromatographic conditions of RP-HPLC method were that the chromatographic column was analytical C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol-water(1 : 1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 %, the detection wavelength was 238 nm. [Result] The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD 2.04 % (n = 5 ). The content of ofidonin in Isoclon: macrophyllus was 4.79 g/kg. [ Conclusion ] 3his method was proved to be simple and reliable. It could be used for the oridonin content detemination in Isodon macrophyllus.
