摘 要:[目的]推进草物料压缩设备的发展应用。[方法]用液压高密度压捆机压缩,设计新鲜苏丹草的喂入量为5、6、7、8 kg,研究喂入量相同条件下压缩力与压缩密度之间的关系以及相同压缩密度条件下喂入量对压缩力的影响。[结果]在新鲜苏丹草的喂入量相同条件下,压缩力随压缩密度的增加而增加,且压缩力与压缩密度呈三次多项式关系。相同压缩密度条件下,新鲜苏丹草的喂入量为5、6 kg时,其压缩力比较接近,6 kg之后随喂入量的增加,压缩力降低,且降低的幅度较大,压缩力与喂入量呈二次多项式的关系。[结论]该研究为压缩设备的优化设计提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to promote the development and application of compression equipment for herbage material. [ Method] Compressed with hydratdic high density baler, the feed rate of fresh Sudan grass v'as designed as 5, 6, 7 and 8 kg to research the relationship between compressive force and compressed density under the conditions with same feed rate and the effect of feed rate on the compressive force under the condition of the identical compressed density. [ Result ] Under the conditions with same feed rate of fresh Sudanese sorghum, the compressive force would be raised with the increase of compressed density, and the compressive force and compressed density showed cubic polynomial relation. Under the condition of the identical compressed density, when the feed rate of fresh Sudan grass was 5 and 6 kg, its compressive force was close. After the feed rate was over 6 kg, along with the increase of feed rate, the compressive force was decreased and its reduction extent was obvious, and the compressive force and feed rate showed a quadratic polynomial relation. [ Conclusion] The theoretical basis was provided for the optimum design of compression equipment by this study.
